Ruth Driedger

Canadian artist, Ruth A. Driedger, grew up on a farm outside of Wheatley, ON.

After living in Saskatoon, SK for 26 years, she returned to southern Ontario and currently lives in Leamington. Having spent 30+ years as a choral music conductor, Ruth took up painting in 2006. Aside from taking a drawing class in university, she is self-taught. Her acrylic paintings include a variety of subjects, ranging from still life, florals, landscapes and lake scenes to people and pets. Ruth’s most ardent desire is that her paintings tell a story.
